1. Eligibility

This app is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. The game content includes intimate relationship / couple interaction themes. If you are a minor, stop using the app immediately.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

This app lets users create and upload board / card content. Each upload is visible only to you by default, and appears in the public cloud versions only after it has been submitted for review and approved.

We manually review all public content. The following is prohibited:

Any depiction involving minors
Hate, violence, harassment, or personal attacks
Real people's private information / likeness
Commercial ads / links / contact info

Content that breaks these rules is taken down immediately, and the account may be permanently banned.

3. Reporting and Appeals

You can report any public content card by long-pressing it or using the menu in the top-right corner. We commit to handling reports within 24 hours. If you believe your content was wrongly flagged, you can file an appeal from the My Content page.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Subscriptions are billed through your platform's app store. To cancel, use the subscription management page on that platform. While subscribed, you can:

Create unlimited custom versions
Upload / download shared versions

Free users can always play the built-in basic versions.

5. Privacy

We only store the following after you choose to sign in:

The email address you sign in with, or your public X profile (user ID, username, display name and avatar) if you sign in with X
Board content you explicitly upload
Your membership status

We do not collect your contacts, location or photos. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Content Ownership

You retain copyright in the content you create. By uploading, you grant us the non-exclusive license necessary to distribute that content within this app. You can revoke this license at any time by deleting your uploaded content.

7. Disclaimer

Game content is for entertainment only. Participants are solely responsible for any changes in relationships, physical discomfort, financial loss, or other consequences arising from the game.
